Fast days are those of the Russian Orthodox calendar: the four fasts, Wednesdays and Fridays outside the five fast-free weeks, and three strict single days (Theophany eve, the Beheading of John the Baptist, the Exaltation of the Cross).
Easter: Meeus/Jones/Butcher and Meeus’s Julian algorithm (Jean Meeus, Astronomical Algorithms, 1991). Feast offsets as in the General Roman Calendar and the Orthodox Triodion/Pentecostarion.
